Banana-Yoghurt Smoothie
Hello, everybody!
The last two days I’ve been having breakfast in a cup (also known as liquid breakfast). Yes, it is basically a smoothie. I just call it liquid breakfast (or breakfast in a cup) in this particular case because usually I use the same ingredients to make a regular (non-liquefied) breakfast for myself. So why liquid this time? I just felt like it, and it turned out to be pretty delicious. Therefore, I am sharing the recipe with you.

The ingredients I use are:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- ½ tablespoon wheat bran
All the quantities above are approximate. The wheat germ and wheat bran are optional. However, I like to add them because they give extra nutrients and sustenance to the meal.
Now put everything in a high bowl and blend well with a passator. Or simply use a blender if you have one. And you are ready!
If the consistency is too thick for you, add some water. You can also include more ingredients. Adjust everything to your liking. Be creative and have fun! After all, you are the master of your breakfast!
Bon Appétit!
