Let the Portsmouth adventures begin!
Hello, my dear readers!
Nearly a month has passed since I arrived in the United Kingdom. I have already spent four weeks studying Photography in the University of Portsmouth and I love it!
Admittedly, it hasn't all been rainbows and butterflies. I am still figuring out the bulk of the things that I have to do and are expected of me. And I am often in a state of confusion about one thing or another. I also get depressed at times but it's ok. Overcoming struggles and difficulties is what makes us stronger.

I've met some fascinating people and I'm sure I'll meet a lot more in the years to come. So far everyone in uni has been super polite and considerate. All the tutors and the staff that I'm working with are extremely helpful and supportive. I'm slowly getting to know my course mates and I'm looking forward to interacting more with every one of them. I feel that we could be a great team and support each other as professionals now and in the future.
There are a bunch of societies and clubs at uni. So far I've joined only the Photography Society. Other societies I considered joining were the Tea Party, Slow Food, Anime, Music, Cinema, and Creative Writing Societies. I haven't joined the Creative Writing Society because I couldn't find any trace of it.
