Wheat - Apple - Walnut Dessert
Hallo, hallo!
I have a sweet and fresh autumn dessert for you guys. It’s easy to prepare and yum-yum-yummy!
I don’t have step-by-step pictures for you this time. Sorry. But no worries! You’ll survive without them! It’s a piece of cake. Well...not literally but you know what I mean. So let’s get cookin’!

I don’t have step-by-step pictures for you this time. Sorry. But no worries! You’ll survive without them! It’s a piece of cake. Well...not literally but you know what I mean. So let’s get cookin’!
The ingredients you will need for this Autumn Dessert are:
- Wheat – wheat grains – about 1 (1 ½) cup boiled and cooled.
- Walnuts – crashed with hands to smaller (not too small) pieces, to your liking.
- Apple – 1 small, or half medium sized apple, chopped to small dices.
- Cinnamon – to taste
- Honey – ½ - 1 tablespoon or to taste
After you have prepared all the ingredients, simply mix them all together and you will be left with two portions of deliciousness.
I like to start with mixing the wheat with the honey and sprinkling the cinnamon. Combine those three well then add the diced apple and chopped walnuts. Mix again and enjoy your sweet dessert. Easy, right? I told you!
To be honest, I have a hard time giving you the amounts/quantities of the ingredients because I don’t really measure them. I add as much of each as I like and season to taste. Feel free to do the same. I’m just giving you a recipe suggestion and telling you exactly which ingredients to combine in order to create a tasty meal. It is up to you how much of each ingredient to add in order to personalize your dessert. Have fun!
