Challenges and Schedules
In this article I am going to clarify the structure of my 90-Day Make-it-a-Habit Challenge.
Now here are the particular categories and task I have chosen to assign to myself. I have written them briefly (well, ok – not so briefly) in the table cells. Some of them are self-explanatory and the others I am going to explain in future posts, so have patience.
- (Go to bed early and) Get up early every morning - 8:00 a.m.
- Drink at least 8 cups (2 liters) of water and other liquids (like tea) per day
- Do your MP exercises early in the day
- Physical exercises every day (aim for 1h) – ZWOW, running, jumping rope, yoga, stretching, etc.
- Sort out pictures - at least 1 folder every day
- Practice and study English (grammar & vocabulary) + TOEFL tests
- Random daily activities
- Each week have a photo shoot + process the photos in Photoshop + publish them
- Read books and comment on them in Goodreads
- Coursera - Nutrition, Health and Lifestyle course
3. Challenge goals
- BLOG - Vera's Jolly Adventures
- At the end of the 90 days you should have a ready: Portfolio; Website; Business card.
